Refund Policy
We take a $400 bond (this is part of the total $1200 you pay) and hold this until you have finished your exhibition and left the property at 100 Collingwood Street. We will meet you onsite to look over the property with you before you leave. This gives you a chance to make right anything not satisfactory before departure.
The bond will be refunded if the property is left in great condition and use of Project 100 has been harmonious.
Refund conditions
You will:
Leave us with clean windows, floors and walls and sweep outside area.
Repair any holes made in walls or ceilings and repaint to gallery standards with fillers and paint we provide
Leave the gallery empty (leave plinths clean in the space if you have used them)
Ensure no rubbish is left in the gallery area, inside or out
Show respect to folk who are associated with Project 100
